Having sued for organising a gig

just curious here. what are the odds of getting sued? Did anyone actually got sued in singapore?

if the seminar ON,count me in,i'm always doing outdoor shows and wonder bout all this things,all i know if we are in public area where ppl r watching and listening band performance or even disc jockey playing cd music,we gotto apply to compass,something like that :?

its true u do need to play only in bars that have a license for this kinda thing...this law got enforced in india....can u believe that...in my town people couldnt play for ayear....the scene just died until 2 pubs got their licences....and also something about the poster telling what bands they r covering....pretty wierd stuff...

i was wondering again... is it the organizers or the bands who need to apply for license?
