Having problem..(Guitar tuning)

Hello people. The problem is...

I am using an Ibanez Acoustic Guitar and i have tuned my B string nicely. On the tuner, it shows it is perfectly tuned. However, when i press my B String on my first fret, it shows a slightly sharp C. Why is it sharp and not as perfectly tuned? Where is the prob? Or is it normal?

errr. maybe you should get a second opinion.

Like from someone who played very long already (trained ear) to see if you git sounds funny or not.

Or, try on another tuner.

Sounds like intonation problem, but sometimes a tuner cannot pickup properly other notes due to the the harmonics produced interfere with the native note.
