Hardcase handle replacement?

Hi guys, need some help. My Gibson hardcase's handle is falling apart, the rubber came out of the leather and the leather is almost fully thorn.

I'm wondering if there's anywhere I can get the handle replaced? And what's the average cost if you know too.

This kinda repair, it's probably for the shops that deal with leather and stuff. Those old time shops with sewing machine and tons of different material in their shops.
One of my relatives own something like that but it's a mass order kind of shop...
Go to Jalan Besar opposite the JB Stadium, tons of shops there. Costs not sure, go try try. Although it would be more convenient and maybe cheaper to get a new one.
