An indie rock event from two of the three that brought you Poptart. Fasten your seatbelts and get ready for more riots, more mess and more indie rock mayhem. Bringing the sounds craved by all of social antiheros, nonconformists and air guitar enthusiasts, we look forward to something new yet reminiscent, and as always, refreshing, (think purple-haze flavoured kool-aid) exclusively found at your home away from home. Join Z:itch and Jahrauc as they embark upon a sacrifical hanging of that oh so iconic but dilluted persona of the disc jockey.
This month sees special guest, Mister Black back in the frontline with the two poptart veterans. Monsieur Noir is one of the founding members of rising Internet radio station, Sweetmusic.fm. As an avid lover of everything alternative he digs that much deeper into his crate to bring you a refreshing insight into the foundation and future of the music behind the growing indie rock scene. Doors open at 10pm, Hang the DJ as you probably know is followed by 4AM in the mix and we dont stop until the sun starts to shine, yup that's 6am folks get some rest for a full night propelling yourselves into the new year!
