So I came back from lesson at Shredcow's place...and it was great! He's a passionate teacher who really knows his stuff, and he does a great job of explaining theories or just imparting his awesome technique, esp at sweeping. He also writes tabs upon request wor. What's more, he frequently stretches beyond the allocated time.
So check him out if you have time, guys!

thanks dude.... haha... I guess you know how much I love teaching now eh? ;)

And come on... I don't "frequently stretches beyond the allocated time"!!!! I got to make a living too you know?!? If I'm free I would gladly give more. 8)

yea man, you had that energy in teaching even though I was feeling drowsy from the long journey..Lol.

for lesson fee, i think Shredcrow could PM them or SOFT who are interested can contact Shredcrow.

This applies to other pro musician and teacher. approach them directly for performance fee or lesson fee.

Yeap... SOFT is right... if any of you guys are interested, just gimme a PM. We'll sort things out from there. :)

Thanks Dark_knight... don't forget your lesson this sunday. ;)

haha...lesson...got reports la bro...tho i really wanna..but u know what other part is lacking..so feel bad if i come...next week once i get it covered we resume orite?

my guitar is still charged..bah

hahaha.... Vaiyen!!! I am NOT a Sweep King!!!! Like what I told you guys during the SOFT meeting... I always thought I can't do those complicated sweep that techincal players do, so I just came up with some of my own sweeps... and besides, it makes life more interesting than the standard (but overdone) sweeps that are so common... ;)

i rem cow saying that..

but really..cow is a very nice and good teacher..he takes alot of interest and has alot of passion and motivation to teach a guitar retard like me..hehe..so hurry up and become a guitar god mr cow!!

that's the beauty of it! you sweep those weird and unorthodox arpeggios so flawlessly! I personally wouldn't bat an eyelid if I saw someone blaze through run-of-the-mill neoclassical sweeps..
