Guitar package to recomend?

Hello.

I'm currently looking for a electric guitar package. So far friends have recommended me to get the Ibanez GSA 6 package, Yamaha starter package. Any other packages to recommend? I play towards Alternative / Rock / Punk rock genre and prefer to have humbuckers. budget is around 300-400 but if there are cheaper ones it will be better. Don't mind brandless ones. Will appreciate it if you could tell me where to get it and the price.

U can go over to sweelee and check out some. Like the epiphone les paul package and like wad u say, the ibanez one.
Davis guitar also have the sx one.
These are pretty good for begginers

Go for the Ibanez package. I'm personally not into recommending packages, but, if you really need a package, get the Ibanez package. I haven't tried Epiphone package, but I heard that they're pretty worth too.

I stand by the Ibanez packages as I got 2 Bass packages. 1 as a gift and 1 for personal use. And I have to say I'm somewhat impressed by its value for money. Or maybe it's because I got it at the Swee Lee sale... =X

if you don't mind blue, guitar 77 is selling washburn entry level axes

tried both, was really suprised and back when it was $299 it was already worth it

neck straight
decent sounding pickups
nice setup from out of the box
nice rosewood grain

and now the guitars are going at $99 =)
