guitar effects degrading through time

weird selection of Boss pedals, are you sure those are what you want? no opinion about the BF-3. GE-7 can get a little noisy. the CH-1 is pretty decent. are you hunting for them in the 2nd hand market?

I personally dont have a good impression on the current Boss pedals available in the market. there are other brands to consider :).

And eq can be used to BOOST frequencies...

When you boost things, you get noise... or rather, noise was there in the beginning and then you boost it louder...

In the case of the GE7, it just happens to introduce MORE noise.

fuck.. GOOD RECCOMENDATION..
i'll go up to yamaha this weekend to try it out..

any other reviews of the "fish&chips"???

any other reccomendations??

what should i look out for when testing equalizers??

the first place to look at for reviews would be...

next, consider whether you need an EQ pedal or not. some people cant find a use for it after they got one. the same goes for flangers and phasers. they are fun to play around with but whether you find a use for them is another thing.

you wouldnt want to spend $100+ on something that you would step on once every 2 weeks now would you :D ?

pedal planning is important !

Uhhhhh..... Welll.... ermmm.... :P

EQ pedals are something you need to spend time on... some need it, some don't... I don't have a need for an EQ though I would like to get my hands on an Antelope Morning Dew EQ, just for kicks or my clean tone shaping. On the other hand, if you know how to use EQ, you can do a LOT of things...

an graphic EQ set to aggresive "V" shape can make any bedridden sick lame drive unit METALE.

OK... almost any.
