I had to read this like 5 times before I understood wtf you were saying man... Whahahahaha...
Err... I still don't understand but anyway..... I have a PRS Tremonti SE and I loved it very much. If you play hard rock and you like the Creed and AlterBridge sound like I do, then you are better off with a PRS in general. I'm very impressed with the SE series of PRS because for a so-called budget series , it sounds very decent and not too far off from the real thing. Really value for money. And the tone..... oohhh yeah.... that's why I'm just waiting to get my hands on a Dual Rectifier and the saga is complete! Chugga x2 baby!!!
The other good thing about the Tremonti SE I notice is that it is not only light but it's well balanced. It is also very hardy. For those reasons, I used it mainly for gigs and it has since served me well.
But like most people here say, it's true that you have to handle, play and listen to the guitars in question. Trust nothing other than your hands and ears. And btw, forget about the Telecaster la... especially the Squier series.... cos it sounds sucky. No difference than getting say.... another China made copy say... Stagg for instance. Unless you plan to be like my ex-vocalist la ... whole day can sing Beatles, CCR and country songs.
