Great Service at Sinamex

Just wanna share with fellow SOFTies.
Send my Alesis QS 6 synth for service last week.
he LCD is half dead. The Modulation controller is loose.
Collected today 22'Sept and the synth works just like when I bought it in 1996.
The thing is, I didn't even buy it from Sinamex in 1996.
Bought from Yamaha at Suntec City, then.
Even the Sinamex Tech guy was amazed that I still have the synth and in pretty great condition.
Hope it will serve me for another 14 more great years.
Thanks to the people of Sinamex.
It still shows that there are still great service in Singapore afterall.

Dunno if I'm lucky or what, but I get good service from pretty much everywhere haha. I've been ignored once but it was at a shop that's notorious here on this forum.

I on and off drop by Sinamex, the tech mgr Daniel is very friendly and of course Simon as well.

They are fortunate to be distributor for M-audio !!!
