I'm a singer-songwriter and I've already released music in the blues-rock/classic-rock genre, with more on the way!
I'm putting together a small, tight band to play my songs live. I would do guitar and vocals. I've already got a superb drummer for whom I need a good bassist to pair up with.
I don't mind what genre you're into or have experience in, but I think good instincts to work with rock and blues songs would be a good start... The primary aim is to keep a tight rhythm section. Since it's only a 3-pc band for now you would have a lot of freedom to expand your technique, as we would venture out into new musical territory from time to time... For now we do very few covers but the style of music goes all the way from the Temptations up to AC/DC.
