Juz testin out my cam after sendin it 4 repair. Decide to record short clip of Goose's Muff. Didnt really do da pedal justice as sound recorded is aload darker n youtube compressed it abit. Cant really hear da Fuzz true character. Anw here goes.

Godspeed64 Bro Hehe i know. I didnt use any mic its juz my Sony camcorder dat i juz collected after servicing. So juz testin out therefore decided to do da vidz. Like i said didnt do da pedal justice most clips sound similar but if u hear Fudge 73 "LIVE" it's Freakin Awesome. Thx Goose

This is a great pedal! But the next Muff clone I'll get will probably be a Musket for that Smashing Pumpkins kinda feeling..
I found the Muff to be drastically different from a muff in a good way.. Reminds me of the rat and a muff combined..

Haha.. I like their voicing in Siamese Dream.. Apparently they used a russian muff (vintage) if I'm not wrong..
Well they are effects whores lah.. Every track got a different pedal! Liked Cherub Rock's tone the most.. :mrgreen:

Creamy Dreamer ...the apparent differance to a stock was a mod to max the gain/saturation of the 2 clipping transistors

The Fudge 73 has that switchable ...

Ahhh.. The Fudge 73 can do that? By "switchable" you mean the toggle switch? I thought that was for toggling the internal compression circuit? I'm not so sure.. Only heard it once anyways!

I'm thinking the Musket is also another Muff on steroids, so it's pretty much the same as a Creamy Dreamer..

Yup...as i said the Fudge 73 is voiced for vintage less modern.

Nice muff-y fuzz that supposedly doesn't sound like a muff!

Interesting tweaks though...

I had version 1 which sounds less aggressive, more compression/sustain, and actually cleans up with the guitar vol! Pretty amazing that thing.

Then I "upgraded" to the Fudge73 but with a twist so it retains a bit of the old Goose Muff.

Its a very enjoyable toy.
