Good sales staff: Asmat

Kudos for Asmat for his sales service!

I called earlier to inquire about the Ibanez Gary Willis basses, and found his replies to be prompt and courteous.

He even took down my name and number, and called/texted a few times to update me on what products are available (sadly, the one I wanted to check out was not). Even when the store has nothing else in stock available, he took the initiative to ask me to wait out, while he went on to see what other fretless basses Swee Lee can bring in, although I said I'd be checking out Yamaha's fretless.

I think this kinda good service, without any obligations attached, ought to be highlighted. So once again, kudos to Asmat.

oo never been there but customer service does keep the business prospect alive.learning business in school so this a real life encounter or insert by a satisfied customer thru the form of customer hotline.

I bought an electric guitar from him man. He's someone that can really make you feel comfortable and accommodating. he's a drummer but also has rather good insights on electric guitars man. Do look out for him when you head to SL sims drive. I hope the guitar i bought from him would like give him some commission man. =)

I know this thread is kinda old but just wanna share my experience too.....
yup he has the best customer servicer i've ever come across with.....
went to the swee lee mid year clearance to get an acoustic and he was really accomodating....truly is a nice guy
