yeah we all know fender japan made a limited run of fender iron maiden signature strats a few years ago.. which were sadly discontinued.

but good news, fender has now released the dave murray signature strat, you can see it on fender's website.

launched in january 2009. nobody talked about it on soft yet, so i thought i'll share to softies who may not know it yet.

Well, anyone can customise it to DM specs if they own either an american/mex strat as they already come with a swimming pool route.

Just get a dimarzio paf pro and a super distortion like what he uses and that'll suffice.

Ok something off-topic (pls don read if you'r the easily offended sort):
I just find a HSH strat kinda deviating too far away from what a strat is supposed to be...i guess a traditionalist will insist on SSS only, while modern rock fellas are cool with a HSS....but with a HSH.....just get an ibanez like everyone else!
