Ishibashi. There are several outlets, but i went to the one in Yokohama (about 30 min train ride outside Shibuya). Depends where you are staying too.

The one I went to was slightly smaller in floor space than Swee Lee BB, but much more densely packed (SL got 70% of it's floor empty). There is an ishibashi at Akihabara (which isn't all it's cracked up to be for gadgets frankly, and being outdoors unlike our beloved Sim Lim, gets very very hot).
