going to japan in october

haha, i dun tink i'll be spending much there, probrably taking a look around, probrably go into a shop and tell them how much singaporeans love ibanez guitars

nar, just wanna take a look around, if got anything really nice, maybe can persuade mi dad to buy  , haha, anw i'll be going to akihabara a few times, mi dad wants to check out all the cool gadgets there, and oso, how big is ur typical ishibashi?

heya can email hoshino japan for list of ibanez dealers nearest to the areas u'll be visiting. they reply real fast too but do check ur junk mail folder sometimes it ends up there. :D

Before you go, learn the following phrases in Japanese. Its crucial ;)

"How much discount on this thing?"

"I dont wana pay $(insertpricehere) for this man, gimme a deal on the axe."

"Screw you man, I ain't buying it at list."

"I'm leaving."

Arigato gozaimaz :)

The one I went to was slightly smaller in floor space than Swee Lee BB, but much more densely packed (SL got 70% of it's floor empty). There is an ishibashi at Akihabara (which isn't all it's cracked up to be for gadgets frankly, and being outdoors unlike our beloved Sim Lim, gets very very hot).

If you're over 21, get your dad to take you to some pubs in Roppongi. :)

In Tokyo there's this uber long stretch of shops in this particular street, (arg forgot the name), its quite well known i think, you should check out, pretty cool.
