Gibson M-III H-S-H Configuration?

Hi guys have you seen this guitar from Gibson?

Dates back during those 1990-1992 days where Gibby experimented this design. :cool:

Unfortunately due to poor response this stuff wasnt mass produced unlike the famous Les Pauls.. :D

Just curious.

Any thoughts on this?

ok lah, if fender tried making les paul-shaped guitars... i don't think it will be popular as well.

though, the REVERSE V is much much much much worse

Fender did try to make some Gibson models too but it was an epic fail !. They should just stick to making Tele's and Strats

used to own one before back in year 92. Very slim neck...kinda feel like ibanez..great combination of the pu configuration. mine is HSH, it had a toggle to spilt to coil mode. back then swee lee in plaza sing came in 3 pcs....
 
heh, fender trying to gibson went on to become twist on classic look and sought after. Gibson trying to do other rival brand configurations went on to become the discontinued fugly classic model

nah, i'd pick their Jazzmaster which was intended to compete with Gibbys....

its a really unique guitar and you'b hell sure no one else is using it
