have you guys heard of the news that the worldwide prices of gibson les paul standards is going to go up soon?

Prices of Gibson guitars has already gone up a few weeks back. My guess for their raise in price is mainly due to falling US dollars. Imagine how much your company will lose in export e.g. when it used to be just a couple of years back USD1 = SGD$1.65 and now USD1 = SGD$1.41.

As for Fender, prices in fact has gone up before Gibson did. Not all models tho. Take EJ strat for e.g. Use to cost about USD1600 but is now USD$1700.

heh. all those people with expensive guitars

are your guitars kept in pristine condition?

because i was thinking that it's inevitable to get a small ding here and there if you gig quite often. (unless your the type that stones on stage)

My guitars are medium priced... but yes, they are in very good condition. Unless you talk about my Relic, then that one I don't care. the more beat up it is, the better...:mrgreen:
