Hi,

I would like to input some thoughts here.

Do note that all these guitars companies are not charitable organization who anyhow loan guitars to any bands just for the sake of advertising their brands. It should be known to one that endorsement deals should come naturally from the company who wishes to use your band to create brand awareness and marketing.

I must emphasize that being endorsed is a privilege, not a must-have. Do not let that hinder your advancements and progresses. If you don't get endorsed, it doesn't mean your music is not good; perhaps, the company could not yet find an avenue to utilize your band for its business purposes.

Whatever it is, work hard!

People , stop whining and complaining about 'endorsements being wrong' and stuff . The only thing wrong with the local scene is that some people that focus on everything else except their music.

Screw the politics , screw what you think is right or wrong and stick to your songs ! let that speak for itself .

Bands add you on myspace so that you will check out their music. Thats how some bands make it , it works and its cost effective marketing . They put in effort to write their songs , record , upload them and add you people . If you really support the idea of universal music then have a listen.
