Get your wallets ready!!!

Wow, this is good news. Something to look forward to. And I really hope some good local dealers can bring them in. :)

Confirmed. This Sterling range will be the same ranges as the previous China Parts but MIA SUB1 guitar. I think a little around the 1k range.

So the sterling series will be using china parts and assembled in korea? Man for 1k it is not really worth it........

Uhh... That's a 2003 thread.

You mean that tiny finish crack is a concern? They're everywhere. Happens on most guitars with bolt-on constructions. the 3 Ibanezes I've owned ALL had these. So did the CIJ Fender I used to have. Seems to be mainly a poly finish issue. I think Nitros don't crack like this.

So why is it most people who complain about these cracks are JP players? Abuse? Whammy usage? My JP seems to be fine so far...

Nitro cracks as well, mine does at the neck joint. Its just a high stress area. I wouldn't be too concerned.

Looking forward to seeing a Stingray that bears the Ball name that won't break the bank

Yep... exactly! if these things feel like the real thing, then they ARE the real thing. Then the world should embrace this, and I will officially have become an EBMM snob. Hahahahaha...

No... The china parts was the Sub1.

And worth it or not, go try a Sub1 before you judge.

Oh i see, so as for the sterling series it will have american parts but assembled in korea then. Sounds pretty cool and something to look forward too!

Prices!!!

Here's what's known so far:

Silo20 - $570usd (Silhouette)
JP50 - $780usd (Petrucci)
AX20 - $780usd (Axis Sport)

I wonder how much the basses will cost.
