well, the faded doesnt have finish to be sloppy with.. prob would be if there was any to begin with.. in terms of wood and build quality, does anyone have opinions on the 2 guitars?

you gotta try it bro!
i was scouting for an sg recently..
i felt that the faded version somehow 'clicked' you know.. haha..
had the oomph! the feel was better to me..

dude.. its faded cherry or faded brown.. i doubt there's a black!
and suckasucks, maybe u can try heading to the swee lee showroom? they got many variations there you know.. anw, this is a gas thread not an SG thread! if it was we would be talking about angus young now :roll:

if you can snag a older korean faded (vintage one) they are great guitars.
comes with leet neck binding and better pickups

Things I GAS for but realistically won't be able to afford:
1. Gibby Custom, Wine Red would be greeaaat.
2. Mesa Boogie Dual Rectifier
3. ESP Eclipse (maaybe with very determined saving)

1. YEC Epi Custom Ivory - Top priority!
2. Nano Muff - Uber is enough for me, but its just to sweet to let this pass
3. Peavey Valveking Head/Cab or 212 Combo - Sweet.

All my GAS became a reality.. Well, I didn't go according to the list..
I bought stuff which becamse better substitutes..
Now just waiting for my guitar to come back from a certain shop in Roxy Square!
