it helps to let us know if what you mention here are available in the domestic stores. in any case, these info should be in GEAR NEWS...

anyway thats pretty good guitar... although im not really a fan of EMG but i like the bridge?

just curious... did he adjust the action or set up properly? because when i tried it it was not really properly set up because just arrived

My 2 beloved guitars

An AES620 and a MIJ ST62 TX Strat. HUmbucker and single coil tones, all that I need ...at the moment.

it was well setup when i got it... new strings and stuff... i am an emg user... but somehow.. for this guitar... i wanna use passives... thinking of has-sound... but i must get rid of the emg first

hey sub i believe thats the new batch of ibanez this year? just to ask how well is those SAT PRO bridge?

no- mine is the discontinued SA2020. the new version, SA2120, is nothing too different from its predecessor, still made in Korea but Ibanez pays more attention to the flame maple grade this time round, that's about it.

the SAT Pro bridge's functionality depends on how well-cut the nut is. if there's any choking at the latter location, you'd suspect the SAT Pro but it's not. in any case, the SAT Pro works well if you set it up to float a little bit. i have set mine to sit flushed against the body- i don't whammy with this guitar, so 5 springs at the rear. the other SAT Pro in my SAS36 is set to float for whammy work ocassionally... 8)

hmm i see... mine was the SA260FM 2005 batch... there was onl SAT on it then... this year the new S260FM doesnt have transparent grey colour anymore but with amber and blue and with much better upgrade compared to mine then

'better' is subjective 8)

anyway, despite the current Indonesian origin, the SA260 displays impressive make/ fit. there are some sub-standard ones; i've ever come across these.

ok lah acutally not better

in fact its only come with push and pull knob which i have to install it myself on mine

anyway so now its made in indonesia.... hmm okie

any much comments on the SAT bridge? somehow mine goes outta tune very pretty easily on the G string although the tuning pegs already schaller lock
