hey guys.. been hell of a long time since i posted... been recording some background music for my school project... got abit carried away... and ended up with a funk track.

do check out the tone and gimmie some comments.

Good solid groove you got there man, the solo sounds good too. The tone sounds a little dark for a funky backing track like that for my tastes.

You played some really nice licks, and really nice phrasing too man.

after listening to it a couple of times ... i decided to do another take.

btw the lead tone is simply the garageband " GLAMROCK " sound preset.
no tweaking at all.

quite amazed actually.. it sounds pretty damn decent.

hmmm ... i did get some licks from this guitar techniques magazine - based on some sax lines. some how got stuck in my playing. How did u guess??? good ears man.
