Seriously, I think any vulgarities are uncalled for at this forum. I'm not a parent but I prefer talking to people who can communicate effectively. There are other forums for vulgarities if you insist on using. But this is not one.

Yes, this forum is really the one of the better things that has happened to Singapore's music scene. The other great site that I use often is Luther music classifieds.

Anyways, my view is that posts, whether good or bad, should be encouraged, not only to keep Soft alive, but to invite discussions and various pts of view from people.

I said good or bad, but distasteful? no thanks. 8)

alright then mr. james, i'll try to cut down on those kinda words. and yea u shld get people as moderator like some for guitar, some for kopitiam, something like that. My brother's CS community get founding members as moderators. perhaps get those we've been around to be mods. more imptly is people u can trust.

bust the hell out of foul language..ppl who does not noe how to respect the rights of the site's owner has no bloody right to come in. just imagine this is James' house and ppl come in spitting, shitting, peeing and vomiting al over... not only will James need to clean up the mess, it makes other visitors to James' house feel bloody offended as well. If they can't keep their own house clean, that's their business. If they go to other ppl's house that is just as dirty, if not worse, that's also their own business. But if they come in here and act like gangster, let's call the police.

I kind of agree with the parallels drawn by foulanguagebuster. If I may also draw some parallels as well. To Boone, edition and deletion is unacceptable and to some people at SOFT, vulgarities and offensive languages is unacceptable. I have two tenants each renting a room at my old place. One is dirty and floppy and the other is clean, speek and span.

One complained that the other is too dirty while the other complained that this guy is too clean. Let's ask ourselves, is it better to be clean or dirty.
