i have so many stray cats around my neighbourhood i cant walk in peace at night, them cats make too much 'creepy' sounds in the bushes.

then again, this guy's probably mental cos he doesnt turn of the lights straight away.

Singapore government doesn't care for stray cats? true, they cull them all the time to reduce the numbers.
