Hi guys, i'm not sure if any1 of u haf encounter any of this exp with some softies here. Like u post members request, they replied their interest, u guys discuss n confirm. Agree on the jammin time n place, n on the day itself, they jus disappear. Off hp kind or totally shut u off kind.

It's Quite fustrating man, i mean if u cant make it or not interested, u could have jus inform.

Have u guys met smth like this or related b4?

Once I was told to session a band. but on the actual day, I asked if they still wanted me to join them and play, they told me yes, I agreed and asked for the location but they did not get back to me. So I gave them several calls too, but they rejected it..? haha..wth.. Sometimes it just make me question the professionalism of those bands you know?

Happened to a band I jammed with before. Two members could not be contacted. We waited long and finally went to the studio first. In the end the two guys never came. Two hours wasted... My drumming was not up to par, I grant that. But the other two members' disappearance really took the cake. All we had was just a guitarist, a lead singer and a drummer. There's very little you can do with such a setup especially if Avenged Sevenfold songs are in the songlist.

I would, actually. At least bands would know not to take these people in. A whole jamming session could be wasted. But I don't know their usernicks so lucky for them.

last year I had put together a project line up for powerjam ... all members set than on the day of the first meeting our keyboardist didnt show up - we waited and he didnt even bother to respond till I smsed him several times ...

eventually I used a diffirent keyboard player

feel u guys man to eugene, fgl n vocalistman. Happen twice to me the latest was jus recently where then bassist jus off his phone n nv reply msg. Did u guys gave them a verbal trashin after?

Didn't scold them, because I was jamming with them as a session musician. I guess it's up to the permanent members who turned up to deal with them. Not sure what happened in the end, though! That was the first and last jam...

No man, I just told them to be more professional next time - but well, they insisted they are already pro and stuffs, so I just ''walked off'' from them instead.

If he finds me unsuitable, then they should just tell me so? Not to leave me in the lurch. Luckily these guy are not from SOFT, and mostly my experience meeting Softies have been a pleasant one though..

thing is its ok to back out - even laat minute but at least have the courtesy to call or sms and say so lah ...

Had this encounter with this bassist, she said tt she is interested n all, then when all things are fixed n close to the day of the jam. She jus shut us off, nv appear on msn, dun reply pm n msg. And recently found out that, my friend experience then same thing with her as well here. Now amd wondering if i shld expose....
