Flamanco Guitar Teacher

Flamenco's not gay man. Flamenco's, like, challenging as what Sofyan has said. Who are you to say flamenco is gay? That's what we're all wondering about I guess.

So what u trying to say? music does not only revolve around the ELECTRIC GUITAR AND DRUM SETS AND THE BASS GUITAR.i hate it when pple say dat their life revolves around music when they only appreciate electronic music.
for the electric guitar u juz play some power chords and slide over the fretboard here and there 2gether wid some simple drum beats and simple basslines...and wad u get is a "hit single" or in my opinion punk rock which in my view is "cheap music".

i would not be surprised dat yngwie malmsteen can play flamanco music.it's juz that u always see him play the electric guitar and nothing else but it...okay maybe a few times on the classical guitar but any aspiring musician who thinks that rock music is everything to music den he or she does not deserve to be an aspiring musician at all.theres got to be to music den juz the electric guitar.

if u notice carefully...those who play aoustic musical instruments have a brighter future ahead of them as compared to their electronic counterparts.how often do u come across a electrical guitarist playing at shangri-la hotel or the ritz carton? those big shot hotels aint gonna hired a electrical guitarist who goes "wah wah wah" all nite long disturbing the calmity of the hotel.

btw...i'm a yngwie malmsteen fan and my frens thinks dat he's a fat F**k but i dun care...i admire his playing a lot and he does a lot of scaling and new age classics on the electric guitar.at the same time...i want to explore a wider variety of music for example jazz and classical instead of juz sticking to electronic music alone.

hehe

with flamenco, all u need is a guitar or 2 to hype a crowd. with rock, you're gonna need more.

Now don't go saying i like punk music, i hate it. "Eng-vay" malmsteen is good la, yeah flamenco is nice but like i cant stand the whole dancing part. I have a very bad experience with dancing. Hate to see it. AHHHHHHHHHHHH

DoubleBlade, are you replying to any of the post above? I dont quite get what you are trying to say in relation to the topic.

if you listen to metal, then you obviously have not heard of Ark. Tore Obtsy playing has a lot of flamenco influence but I don't see any dancing or gay part in it.

listen to this, and listen to the whole song

this just proves that music is universal. From something that sounds spanish it turns to metal and there is no change at all in any of the keys. It is how creative you are to make that change. I am also very interested to learn flamenco after listening to this song. It rocks

yeahhhh how i wish if i could hear more blistering guitar solos wif spanish influence in it one day? hmmm...maybe yngwie malmsteen should try experimenting wif spanish music. lol..since in my point of view , he is the most "advanturous" in terms of exploration of different kinds of music in G3 as compared to joe and steve. =)

soft in relation to ur question. maybe i was juz talking a bit of topic but here's the thing...as an aspiring muscian wanna be...i play the piano and classical guitar and a bit of electric. now here's the point...almost every average "fashion orientated" teenager my age would obviously pick the electric guitar over the piano as for me...i'm quite the opposite. i prefer the piano to the guitar and i juz hate it when people look down on me juz because i become "different" from the other teens. i tend to appreciate aucostic music more than electronic music wif no microchips involved.music produced naturally without microchips or anything digital.

okay so yeah...i have to admit dat i was talking a bit out of point in my previous post but nonetheless i'm sure u get what i'm trying to point out here.i mean...take a look at Maksim the Piano Player...he's cool and trendy as compared to ur average pianist who has a tuxedo when playing the piano.he is revolutionising piano player...as in taking piano playing to the next level.he wants to get young people my age attracted to piano music.actually i could give u a thousand and one reasons to prove my point here.the fact of the matter is dat i get fuming mad when people look down on aucostic music when they say that electronic music is everything to music.theres gotta be more to music than juz the electric guitar and drum set rite? =)
