HOW MUCH ???

I think my timing came right,
I sold off the XV5050, now can take the money to buy this
but I believe it'll cost the same as the XV2020.

anyway, still got 2 SRX cards sitting in the box;
no more slots in the XV5080, but I might buy the
Fantom XR, it's very handy to bring around for jamming.

Bongy !! It's street price below 1000 SGD as I heard..same as 2020..

But you wont be getting it in Sweelee in this year..due to their "quick business strategy.."....Hence to order from Ishibashi or US better...On the other hand this is a soundcard too (USB)....

Long way to go.... if this has to be in Singapore through Sweelee ??

I'll believe Swee Lee's prices when I see it.

Example SH-201 Synthesizer US$595.00 (S$903) in USA but S$1,200 in Singapore. (I'm using this as an example as I think the street price would be closer to the SonicCell).

Incidentally, one of the cheapest place you can get a SH-201 is in HK. S$745.

errr.. quite disappointing ?! maybe I dun noe how to use... ???
yet to explore... I rather use srjv80 bass n drum for drums.

the 2 SRX cards that are in the box are
the SRX01 dyn drums and SRX07 ultimate keys

I bought the srx07 from swee lee for the keyboards 60s 70s patches
but they unfortunately sound weak; the organ patches are muddy
and the rhodes lack the highs. Yamaha has better rhodes.

maybe it sounds better in the Fantom XR ???
due to different engine?

the JV vintage card sounds fuller and wamer in the XV5080
than in JV2080. same to the JV Asia and World card.

errr.... I call up Swee Lee early this year and they told me the SH201 costs about SG$905, looks like there maybe a price difference.

if HK is selling less than S$800, then good to go HK for a shopping tour.

I emailed Swee Lee in Dec 2006. Received reply that the Sh-201 was $1.2K. Maybe they have adjusted the price since.
