oh my gosh. i was talking my bassist on this topic and i couldnt resist seeing what you guys got for your first pedals

for me. it was a VS jeykll and hyde pedal.

learnt about tone all from that pedal. actually it was a keeper. sadly the footswitch has reliability problems

ps. the GAS all started from that first pedal T.T

First Single effects pedal was a Digitech death metal pedal.

My first pedal was a Boss OD-3 Overdrive, first hand, from Swee Lee.

Normal price was 224, got it for only 134 because of some offer thing. Even got a free cable coz the guy was nice to me.

A Marshall JH-1. Only the overdrive rocks. The distortion is crappy.
