First Guitar Setup

hi softies,im quite curious to know whats your initial guitar setup when you first start learning or start playing guitar.so lets share

i started with a les paul ultra and roland cube 30X

Yamaha package before I even got serious, lol.

Anyway, still starting out, so official setup that's going to last me awhile is a the Yamaha strat copy (I don't really know what to call it) and roland cube 30x

marshall MG10 + squier cali series strat SSH.

but then i sold the strat and got myself a les paul

Old, cheap classical guitar ... I didn't play it much, the bridge broke off the guitar soon after.

Then used the church classical guitar - spending hours with it.

Then did well for Os, my first guitar, a yamaha APX4A acoustic.

Later on, my first electric guitar - Ibanez S520EX (2002 model) and Marshal MG30DFX - with savings from my polytechnic attachment period.

i started off with a congress guitar.....soon after dad got for me a ibanez les paul custom black beauty........i dont know where is it now...

i started with a Ibanez JS1000 with a MG15CDR (Friggin piece of crap amp) + Digitech RP100A.

Hmm.

No kidding: I started off with a Dreadnought-shaped martin copy with a laminated neck and terrible action. It was founded along a void deck by my grand uncle who gave it to me for my 13th birthday.

haha fun.

i started out with my uncle's brandless black bass guitar. Got no amp and don't know what's an amp so i plug it into my house hifi system! Why? Becoz i saw the plug and jack matches! That gave me loads of fun but i always wonder why i don't sound like my favourite guitarist..

soon my aunt passed me her yamaha cg100. That's when i really started out on guitar. I went to yamaha and bought myself books after books to learn. Then soon after i joined the Singapore Poly's Guitar club. The turning point for all my knowledge! Everyone inside are just so good at it!

So i saw ppl using electric and saved big time to finally get my 1st electric. The Vantage 24 fret floyd rose guitar. Nope not from davis, i went to cash convertors! Also got myself a epiphone ep10 amp.Researched? nope.. after a year then i realized i was cheated and i stop going cash convertors. I'm not that smart anyway, so i take it as a lesson learnt. After a long time i finally saved up enough for effects. I bought the zoom 707II. It's a way cool effects pedal and i regret that i sold it.. the vintage old sch look on that thing really bites!

After that? Spent like mad on endless guitars.. 1 after another.. it's never ending when GAS hits you! hehe

My first ever guitar was this crappy $20 guitar which my friend gave me cause it sucked so bad. After I started learning, my mum bought me the yamaha acoustic.

After my Os, i went to work during the 1st 3 months while waiting for poly admission. Went to swee lee and got myself an Epi LP Black Beauty with a laney amp.
