Finding Guitar Teacher

Hey guys!

I have been playing about 1 half years, self taught. I play and listen to more of the metal genres and i have seemed to have stopped improving as much as i used to in terms of speed. My friends' advice is to get my technique corrected by a teacher and some basic theory done. I am seeking out to you guys out there who can share the knowledge on decent guitar teachers who would be able to teach me proper guitar technique for speed and some theory. Adding their rates would be helpful too!

Beez Beez Beez! If you live in the East..

My guitar teacher lives in the North.. Goes by the name of Irfan, may bump into him working at Davis now!

Actually most guitar lessons are roughly the same price..
From 20 per lesson, to 30 per lesson, if it's more I wouldn't know if I'm willing to play unless they impress me in many many ways. In Singapore, 3 so far have been pretty darn impressive: Dhalif (very clean), Amir Masoh (sweet phrasing), Josh Tan (simply from his catchy tunes and his holy cow! moves playing live)..

Metal+blues dude.. Reason why I can walk to his place and still NOT take lessons from him is because he is too hard rock blues for me.. Lol
