Feedback noise from Pedal

Hi,

I have a BYOC mouse, which is giving me feedback noises (toooooooo.... kind of noise) recently, even in low gain settings. I also have an original Turbo Rat, which is complete silent.

What are the possible causes?

if im not wrong, you can get a Boss NS-2 or any noise gate pedal to block off the unwanted sound

Maybe soldering is off somewhere.. Or enclosure ain't shielded

Hi thanks for the replies.

noise gate shouldn't be the solution, cos the entire pedal board have no problems except tt pedal, which i tried to solder the dropped wire. Will check the soldering again.

what is or how to shield enclosure? how to make sure that it is?
