Fabric covering the front part of Marshall JTM60 torn

Well it's like this...a friend of mine has torn the fabric covering the front part of his Marshall JTM60. Luckily, it did not cause any damage to the speaker. However, it did leave it with a very ugly gash right down the front. You guys have any ideas where he can go to have it replaced? Actually went down to Davis and was told that he would have to send it back to UK. Can't be so severe right? Any local guys who can do it? Thanks in advance.
