Unfortunately, Chelsea won yesterday. What a lapse of concentration for ManUtd's defence in the waning minutes of the 2nd ET half. Disappointed! I had high hopes that Man Utd would win this. :?

how can it be a goal? cech stopped the ball before the goal line. gigg's momentum pushed him towards cech and that resulted in him bringing the ball beyond the goal line.

if anything, it was giggs who should have just blasted the ball in and eliminate all this controversy.

Eventhough I am a Man U fan, I am sad to say that Ryan Giggs days are numbered. He lost the ball easily too many times, his passess were poor and he lost that scoring instinct. He should have just whacked the ball straight into the goal mouth but instead he pushed the ball straight to Cech's arm, and to blame the referee for not awarding that a goal, that was really lame of him.....

Actually, I think Giggs and Scholes will slow down next season, but they'll still be decent as bench players for a last season.. Giggs looked really really tired in the game and it looked like he'd be of better use bursting off the bench and running at tired legs.
