hmmm.. just out of curiosity if the guitars are MIC now does it make any difference with tone and stuff cos i'm new so i wouldn't be able to tell any differences if there are any

posting queries here isn't a bother- we try to help if it's within our means 8) but sometimes our opinion gets in the way...

there is this sentiment that the chinese Epis are suffering from an inferior QC but the ones i had tried were good in terms of construction, fit & finish. in any case, a good guitar is a good guitar, regardless of its country of origin.

if my guitar could cry tears for every time someone brings up the comparions between MIC/MIK, my room would probably be flooded by now. :\

enjoy rocking out with your new guitar dood. i'm having fun with my LP, regardless of the country of origin. well, if u're unhappy with the chinese electronics in the future, you can always consider a change of parts.

Guy's!!! finally bought the guitar in cherry sunburst...went jamming the next day. The guitar sounds awesome..plugged into a Marshall....now i need an amp hahahah

Hey all, I've got questions that I'd like to ask to. So where would be the best place to get a les paul guitar at about the epiphone price range? (500+ onwards)

How do the prices at davis guitar, and other places compare with standard value? Heh and how much can discounts usually go to?

Sorry if I'm a bit late. I hope you meant all rounded as in the shape, because Les Pauls are one of the most limited guitars in the market. In fact, I'd say an Ibanez is even more well-rounded in terms of what you can squeeze out of it...

I think you should get the Standard one. I have the standard and it's my first electric guitar. It's great for me.
