anyone tried them?
what do you think of it?
how do they sound?
i'm thinking of getting either one of them but i wanna do more 'research' before getting them and i'm a total idiot at acoustic guitars.
are there any acoustic guitars that are better within the same price range?
would you advise anyone to get them?
are they value for money?

thanks in advance! and happy CNY

look at it this way...
in general, ppl who get epiphone les pauls usually have GAS for the gibsons but cant afford it.
even tho the epiphones wont sound like the gibson, or that there are other better buys out there, they dont care.

likewise, its the same with the epiphone dove and ej-200.

i myself dont mind having a ej-200, even tho i know there are better buys out there like takamine / yamaha / etc etc etc.

Try to get an acoustic that is all solid, there is a HUGE difference. I tried a couple of Epi acoustics at Swee Lee and was not impressed at all - QC wasn't too good, and the thick finish and laminate woods made it sound 'boxy'.

Go to Swee Lee and try the Ibanez AW800 - solid spruce top, solid mahogany back and sides, for only $590.

Im using EJ-200CE..sound goods coz it had jumbo body..and sound wise 9/10..i think u should get a EJ...worth buying..
