Hey guys,
There's quite a significant drop in output of my holy grail when the effect is switched on. anyone can help on this?? thanks :D

Lets put it this way .... for bedroom playin the volume drop is pesky but for loud live performance its ok ...you decide !!

I got an old Phasor that had this issue ...modz for increased volume but was overwhelming when played loud finally went back to how it was ....and enjoying it !

Please compare with another similar type ya ... as EH is know for their production mishaps !

Cheers :D

ahhh........so its normal for the pedal to be like that eh??

alrighty, i'll try it out live and see if how i prefer. if not i'll mod it with a volume boost a guess. thanks goose.

i didnt know eh was known for production mishaps. lol.

first of all you must know the function of the MIX knob on the pedal.

Its a MIX knob and not reverb intensity.

So right at 12 oclock, you should be at around unity volume. Anything above that you're getting a wetter mix of reverb.

Also for reverb pedals, most of the time it is just leave it on most of the time. Compensate the slight volume drop with the amp.

yea dude, that's the thing. i gota turn it way past 12 to get unity volume. so i felt its a little weird.

yea that's what i do. but recently i've started writing my own stuff which i feel some parts sound better with the reverb on and some parts with it off. that's why i decided to address this issue. for the past few months ive been using it i didn't mind the volume drop. but i'm starting th get affected by it.

thanks for the input bro.

i don't understand, if you turn it up past 12 oclock you're getting a wetter mix which may sound softer.

Its a mix knob and not a reverb intensity knob.
