i started out with zildjians... quickly got used to em.. then there came the big band jazz model... man i loved it.. then one day they broke, couldnt find em anywhere else.. right now im sticking to tama sticks.one day in tampines i stopped by yamaha. and then i saw a whole shelf full of the big band jazzs and i din buy any. =D

vater's session are the best...it breaks after 3 jamming sessions... maybe it was initially named vater's 3 sessions only.

i know this thread is old, im hoping someone can like share the characteristics of drums sticks, cant seem to find anything good to read on the net.

what are the different weights for?
what sounds does the stick heads produce?
whats the meaning of all this models with numbers and alphabets? ie 2A, 6B

im playing on a rhythm travller, with no resonant head, so the sounds pretty high pitch, any stick to recommend to play with my set? or what sticks are mainly used to play rock?

been playing to weezer? any1 likes weezer here?
