hey guys i really need help on this aspect called drum heads. man i really dunno what to buy. and is it worth it to pay so much for drum heads. like cymbals and the set. they have resale value. what about heads after whacking bye bye. should get those ex kinda or those cheap one. oh ya lets sae i good remo or evans. how much is a set for a 5 piece? roughly? first time changing to ex kinds. thanks

Bro,

They say 80% of the drum sound comes from the skin itself...It worths buying gd quality drum skins. Evan G1 is good. heheh dun think got resale value... :lol:
Stock skins are never gd,REMO brand is ex IMO.Can easily spend a few hundreds on all skins, both top and bottom.

Btw changing resonant skins is important.Cheers :twisted:

Singapore hard to find aquarian man.. DRMP bringing them in, but NOT so soon i guess.. :S evans are good and durable man... i used to have g1's, but i went back to remo.. i dont know why.. lol.. cos i use ambassadors and i change them every month. i love the high bright sound of 1 ply heads. Shiok!

ok thanks for the info. can someone help me on this. lets sae i play pop to rock. like soft rock? what kinda heads are good. lets sae i wan to change all the heads both top and bottom. what the budget and the model of the head. need advice on this one man. thanks
