hey there super_punk....... u said tat the birded's singer sings off key and the rest of the band are crap.... ARE U DEAF? or u r juz plain stupid?

i think you're the birded singer right? may be you should look into cleaning your ears, either that or your tone deaf. sure i'd like singapore underground music to be alive, but just not crappy music. booger booger.
listen again. and then say which band is actually GOOD. which one. DEEP CUT. but everything else is pretty sloppy. shut up wyldeboon and stop protecting yourself, we know you're birded singer, right? that's right. you heard me. you suck.
 
Shut up both of you and keep your opinions to yourself, since you can't agree with each other. And if you really can't there's such a thing as PMing each other. You don't have to show this to the world.
 
well said atee.... although im' inclined to agree with the second post. most of our underground really sucks. hahaha... just stand outside ANY jamming studio and listen. u'll be shocked.
 
if im not wrong birded's vox is female... and birded did not entered semi finals. so why did wyldeboon said meet you at semi finals. I am not siding anyone here but read the comments carefully. The video and sound from soft is not the real vox and tone. I heard it from live, it is better. there is something wrong with the mic. If you never attend the heats, do not presume anything from what you hear from the computer. It different.
 
Then how did Deep Cut do it? So you are saying that they are good at live performances, but suck at recording? Dont you know what voice warmups are?
 
the reason why deep cut kick ass is because they played a cover, i wonder if they will kick the same ass if they did something original..
 
that's a very debatable subject. some bands play better and with more passion when playindg originals. wasn't the birded one an original? anyway if deep cut can play an original well, man ahave they got it going for them.
 
Still... i will not say much things but i respect them. oh pls, superpunk... im sick and tired of you. why dun you juz do something on stage instead..

any bands who plays cover on stage will get more attention COZ the crowd knows the song. juz like deep cut. we participants sang along coz it's a deed purple number,black knight. which fool dunno the song?

if everyone is juz playin covers then the "GREAT ONE-MR SUPER PUNK" wun hav anyone to criticize..... i dun blame birded's vox... yes she need lots of practice but at least she got the guts to enter tis comp, not like sum1 who prefers to talk only..... u got wat i mean?
 
thank you for the acknowledgment "the great". but, do you make it in the industry? you can't play a cover to get record deal, or land a paying gig. that's why you gotta promote your original to make other people recognise the tune or at least move to it. damn you, you don't know anything about music. and the rest of you think i should shut up then go to another thread tell every one how you are annoyed with think everyone in singapore should shut up. let this be my personal chat room with wyldeboon, or one of the snotty competitors. i'm speaking my mind, that's what forums are for, i guess it's singapore.
 
Halo Mr Super Punk! How can U say that to a Good Band local such as Dr. Rhy!! U don't even sure what Guitar effex to use yet U have the guts to condemn others... Do U know how much trouble it takes to write an ORIGINAL like Dr. Rhy did? U're still green in music scene, so start learning.. Don't think that the 3 chord kind of song could make U go further...
 
dude u lack of something called musicianship.

Any band could have got up there and easily do a "smells like teen spirit" and easily killed the show, but they didnt, they played their hearts out with originals.Much respect to that.

u've been contradicting urself thru out the posts. Just dont really get wad u said

bashing those bands that did originals, and overrating those who did covers.Yea.. i can see that u want the local music scene to be alive.

u said bands should promote their original stuff. Those bands did just that while deep cut play a deep purple cover.

Since ur aware of wad forums are for, i'm supposed u should be aware of something called flaming. So dont complain
