does yamaha music plaza have a return policy?

i've bought a cheap pedal from music plaza 2 weeks ago. It doesnt seem to be working properly a while ago. Right now it doesnt seem to work at all. So is it ok if i bring the faulty pedal back to be fixed or exchange? One of the guys at musicplaza gave me a name card.. i sms him and he didnt reply.

and next time..before buying...ask them u wanna try it out...and if it doesnt work...change
