Do NOT use "Mrs Koo" - you have been warned!

Hi sorry you got the wrong person and I pmed u but there was no reply. Are you the piano agent I was complaining about previously?
I do not know who you are but I do not recall cancelling a student's class more than once. The only student I did that was a new theory student whom I had no choice but to drop as I got a nasty infection with the recent haze. I only cancelled the class once not numerous times. When I was confirmed I couldn't get better I made sure to inform that particular student and refunded the remaining fees straight the very next day. So please reply my pm and let me know who you are. It is a misunderstanding. Thank you.

Koo never taught me. She never turned up for my theory last time so I've never met her! However, I got all
My money refunded after I reported to the police.

A few important tips which I obtained from the police a few years ago to successfully file a report against her:

1. Write a contract.
2. Detail the date, time, the amount of money for the number of lessons you are receiving from Mrs. Koo. "I,____________ (ask her to write her name and NRIC here), agree to give ________________ (your name and NRIC) ________ ( X number of) ABRSM Grade 8 Music Theory lessons from ________ (date) to ________(date). I am allowed _________ (weeks of extension) till ________ (date) to fulfill my obligations during this period if I am unable to complete the stated number of lessons as mentioned above. I am obliged to refund the remaining cost to ___________ if I fail to complete within this period."
3. Get her address and contact number as well.
4. Make her sign.
5. Bring to police if she fails to fulfill the obligation.

edit: Write a sentence detailing when you passed her the fees.
