Sim Lim Tower has loads. Goodness knows how many visits I've made the last few months.

Plastic enclosures in many sizes.

IC chips. Yes. They have a lot. But whether they have the ones you are looking for, maybe, maybe not. Go take a look. Be sure to visit every shop. Some shops have really obscure parts.
