aiyoh... cannot have digital..

analog is the only way we guys here can buy 10 different pedals a month and rave about them endlessly - then sell them and buy another basket of pedals and rave about them endlessly and then sell them.... and then...

you could always buy 10 different multiefx a month and rave about them endlessly - then sell them and buy another basket of pedals and rave about them endlessly and then sell them.... and then...

lolx :D

cannot cannot!!

i think if you wanted to buy 10 multi effects units... you couldnt. that would pretty much be all the decent units out there on the market. They'd all be big brands like BOSS and LINE 6 ... etc..

but if you bought analog pedals... ahhh ... 10 drives , 10 delays , 10 chorus , 10 boosters , 10 line buffers , wahs... flangers... Eq pedals , you could rave on for months! plus you get brands that NO ONE KNOWS!!! adding to the pedal's mysterious mojo.

oh, uh oh,

cuz i didnt bother to learn the song, i just go blank when i see stevie play. : )

PEACE!

most if not all digital distortions i've heard before sound completely awful compared to pure tube distortion or even simple analog pedals.

then again, digital does delays, choruses, filters, modulations, etc, pretty well.

since i use distortion/od more than anything, analog wins my vote. :D

I guess digital dirt is just erm.. too clean? the chugging doesn't 'dig' enough too regardless of eq, so to speak lol. cheers.

Tries to convince himself that his dirt pedal, UM, is good enough

Heck it is good enough for me at least. There's definitely lots of analog pedals that is way ahead but they cost a bomb - eg, boutique stuffs. But for now digital dirt works for me..
