hi there, not much people use DOD nowadays.offers for DOD will most likely be turned down as the popularity of other brands rise.
here's my review on this decent delay pedal which i think is under rated.
DOD DFX91 DIGITAL DELAY/SAMPLER:
yes this delay pedal i recommend to beginners like me who just want a simple delay that does its job.beginners like me seek cheap but good pedals and sometimes that can be hard to find.i got this delay pedal from ebenex and it feels like a boss dd-3.with a reverb, hold function and of course the delay itself is pretty much what this pedal offers.setting for the amount of delay and delay time can be adjusted too.
the bad part about this pedal is which goes for most DOD pedals is that it sucks the life of your batts(if you're using them of course).you could probably kill your batt with this pedal in just one gig.and the power adaptor input is unlike other pedal brands.it uses 3.5mm jacks(according to this g77 dude i asked) input.to overcome this problem i just use a 1 spot battery clip attached to the daisy chain.also this pedal only can do so much.it cant give that flexibility for experimental users out there.
positives
1)cheap
2)does its job
3)user-friendly
negatives
1)for experimental sounds, the dfx91 cant go any further then what its supposed to do
2)input for adaptor is diff from other pedal brands
3)drains batt life fast
this pedal i'd give it an 8 out of ten.for me this pedal is good enough and is cheap.i'd learn the basics of delays before moving on to more complex delay pedals.good for beginners!
