Pathin bro - that's what the EM-5 can do .. with ease. And its repeats are even more background... sort of out of phase! At least you don't get your playing totally buried but if you need to get almost buried, max the volume.

ah, i is see. The tape echo patch in the magicstomp/ud stomp is pretty killer also, like what you mentioned bout the outta phase part, the repeat on the MG/ud stomp can be manipulate from in phase to outta phase thru one knob and mix to vary the repeat voulme. Scary part is when cascading the 8 delays, some in parallel, some in series, delay time goes even longer and more layering plus modulation
