hey if you like a bright sound for cymbals you can consider Istanbul cymbals. those are the ones I got recently and the sound is very clean and bright. damn nice.

and an Artstar! good for you man. did some searching and the drums can sell from USD 500 per piece upwards. have fun playing!

which istanbul series did u get? i may go check it out. and also. where in singapore BESIDE"S NIGEL's SHOP sells istanbul???? *scratches head*

try Swee Lee? and I'm not very sure which series are my Istanbuls. cos they're in Singapore and I'm not at the moment heh. but they're not very high end.

nah it's okay. i've heard alot of good things about istanbuls. but where did u get YOURS from? i didn't know swee lee has them

Can't help you there man, I got mine through Nigel from DRMP. he brought in one big batch of them, heh.

Only Drum Resource carries Istanbuls. Swee Lee has Sabians and a couple others I think.
