It has come to our attention that there are parallel imports of Line 6 products being sold at a few resellers in Singapore. These resellers are NOT authorised dealers of Line 6 products. We would like to caution all consumers out there to not buy from these resellers.

Purchasing Risk

Line 6 products that are purchased from these resellers do not come with any form of warranty. These resellers can claim that they will be able to provide servicing and repairs for Line 6 products, however, do not be fooled by them. They do not have the expertise to provide any form of support for Line 6 products. We would like to remind all consumers out there to always ask for warranty when purchasing Line 6 products.



Where To Buy

City Music Co. Pte Ltd is the sole distributor of all Line 6 products in Singapore. Line 6 products are highly sophisticated and technologically advanced pieces of equipment, and only City Music Co. Pte Ltd has the spare parts, technical knowledge and expertise to service/support Line 6 products. can we clarify if this listing is an official record by LINE 6? for some of us who have bought products from them, we do not wish to engage in any provocation if there is a need to get back to them pertaining to after-sales matters.

That's sad. Considering how many of us favour these haunts (not saying we necessarily favour them over CM!) and have bought equipment from them. Although to be fair, Ranking and Music Theme seem to be both under Excel, so it's not surprising that all these resellers are blacklisted together. Still...what a sad way to have a taint in their name.

Yes, Line 6 takes a very serious stand against parallel importers and grey marketing. Line 6 shares the same views as us and we would like to emphasis again that technical and service support will not be provided from parallel imported products.

It's a known thing for the listed shops to sell parallel imports, not just Line6.
e.g. Brands like B--s, when you look for the serials on the box/unit, they are always missing.
Yes, they priced such items low enough to attract. So buy at your own risk.

If City Music can Blacklist those shop over Parallel Importing Line 6 Products
Then Sweelee can Blacklist 90% of the Music Shops in Sg.. Imports their Distributed Brands.
In My Opinion parallel importing is the same as PIRACY.

90% of the shops sell stuff that Swee Lee sells, but I'm pretty sure very few of them actually parallel import. They're more likely to get stocks from SL (who distributes the goods). Besides, for some brands there are more than 1 dealers here in Sg.
