Cubase System|4 - end to end solution?

There is a product, Cubase System|4, offered by Steinberg, Singapore which is advertised on the SOFT site.
It is advertised as a hardware/software end to end system comprising Cubase Studio 4 and a Steinberg badged audio interface, an M14.
Has anyone purchased it, had experiences with this package or have suspicions concerning their symbiosis?
Does it appear to be good value?
Studio 4 on its own is about half the price of Cubase 4. In practical terms, what functions are most noticably hobbled?

Hmm...

All i know is that the website is seriously flawed.... I tried visiting the website on diff computers, and find that there are many banners n links that don't work AT ALL... i was interested in learning about the package too, but couldn't get the info from the website.... sux.... :evil:

i encountered similar problems too. but i dont think its something good as you are getting both the interface and the software at lower than 500!.

however its a good deal if you just want to experiment it.

i suspect the AD/DA conversion might not be really good

Best with contact Steinberg Asia directly and confirm the contents.
According to the Steinberg website, the Cubase System|4 is not packaged with Cubase Studio 4, but with Cubase SL3.

This in itself is not a bad deal. Just that the Steinberg Asia ad is a little misleading - it gives the impression that the interface is bundled with Cubase Studio 4.
