Everytime I pass this place in front of the Istana along Orchard Road,

it reminded me of a scene from 'Indiana Jones & the Last Crusade' and... the 1936 Berlin Olympics.

The resemblance to this...

is really creepy, in poor taste and disrespectful IMO.

Dunno man.
But a couple o' yrs ago on the MRT, I saw this chinese teen dressed up as a Hitler SS.

In buttoned-up black fatigues, complete with jack-boots, cap (w/Swastika crest) and a red/white/black Swastika arm band. I think there was an Iron Cross, the 'German Eagle', an a SS badge on his fatigues too.

He was with some friends who are just like any normal teen you see today. The smugness makes me want to... nvm.

He got off at City Hall.
