Convert a floor tom to a bass drum

I have a floor tom from a Tama Swingstar that i want to be converted to a bass drum for easy gigging. I see a few options e.g. pearl jungle jig. Problem is I do not know where to buy them in Singapore, can any kind drum folks tell me where to get it and how much. What are the other options, are there any workable DIY solutions too?

Swee lee have it..if im not wrong,it need 3 things to convert a floor tom to bass drum..the total cost is $105 but now having promotion till end of this month..25% for each item..so it would be around 70++ for the 3 things..
