Hi peeps!

Do you guys alwiz keep ur receipts?
I bought a set of string saver saver from Zen Guitarwerks. The guy there told me which to get for my Epi G-400. He say will work for sure. He put a set on his guitar as well he said (coincidentally a Epi G-400 as well!!!) and it really made a whole lot of difference to the guitar more sustain ...bla bla bla... So I believed him. I bought the saddles and nut he recommended.

Guess what? I took it back tried it on, It's not the correct one. I emailed Graph tech, they told me i should've gotten the one for Jin Ah. Btw, I'm in Malaysia.

So today I made a call to Zen Guitarwerks. Telling em about my issue. Asking if I can just exchange to one that will fit Jin Ah bridge. I've got a fren going down to Singapore, tot i could get him to exchange for me. The shop guy i talk to ask for my receipt. I couldn't find it. They say they couldn't help me at all if I don't have the receipt. It's Company policy he say. No receipt no talk. So I am left with these useless saddles and nut that the guy recommended to me...great huh?
It probably doesn't mean anything to them. But I ain't going back there. :)

i am the retail manager for maestro guitars and i am the one who spoke to u. i have explained to u over the phone that we are unable to exchange the product for u as u do not have the receipt and as u said a considerable amount of time had lapsed since u first purchased the product. our refunds/returns policy is stated very clearly and is very visible at ZenGuitarWerkz. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Are you also the sales person who sold me the saddles that is suppose to fit? Who said u own a Epiphone G-400 and for sure it will fit?

Your company don't have copies of receipts? Even if i give you the date i purchased the item, you can't search in your database?

I'm not asking for a refund. I want something that will work with for me. As simple as that. And ur just replying that it's company policy.

I can see the NO REFUND here :)

no i am not the person who sold it to u. but just below the no refunds sign, its clearly stated that all exchanges are to be made within 7 days with proof of purchase. thanks.
